Three of Four Apartments Complete at 19 South Brown Street

Great progress! Three apartments at 19 South Brown Street are now finished, and we’re homing in on completing the final unit on the second floor. Soon, we’ll be shifting our focus to the long-awaited first-floor commercial space renovation.

Huge thanks to our incredible construction team! Gavin, Nathan and Aaron are absolute rockstars. Their talent, dedication and “get it done right” attitude are what make these transformations possible. They can handle any challenge we throw their way.
