Renovations at 19 South Brown Street took almost two years. Demolition started in February 2023, and our contractors worked tirelessly to give the building a new life. Below are our progress updates, followed by photos from start to finish.

September 2025
We are thrilled to announce that all major renovations to the building are now complete. In addition to the renovations, we are excited to share that all commercial units on the first floor are leased! January 2025
Exciting news! The first commercial suite at 19 South Brown Street is now ready for occupancy, and Tapestry of Health will soon open their new WIC office in the coming weeks. The transformation of this space has been remarkable, with our construction crew turning a once-dilapidated area into a modern and functional office. We still have one first-floor commercial space available and would be happy to discuss your vision for the space.

October 2024
We're thrilled to announce that our renovation project at 19 South Brown Street is on the home stretch! All four apartments are now occupied, and the commercial space is undergoing a major makeover. Tapestry of Health is set to move into one of the suites early next year, and we have one more prime commercial space ready for your vision.

Great progress! Three apartments are now finished, and we're homing in on completing the final unit on the second floor. Soon, we'll be shifting our focus to the long-awaited first-floor commercial space renovation. Huge thanks to our incredible construction team! Gavin, Nathan, and Aaron are absolute rockstars. Their talent, dedication, and "get it done right" attitude are what make these transformations possible. They can handle any challenge we throw their way.
