Monument Square Center was built in 1929 for Montgomery Ward and sits next to the historic Mifflin County Courthouse on Monument Square. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is known for its Art Deco facade. The three-story building has been extensively renovated inside and is fully ADA accessible, with an elevator to all floors.

Leases are all-inclusive, covering electric, heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, garbage, snow removal and common area janitorial service. Tenants can use a shared conference room and public restroom. Street parking is out front, and a public lot directly behind the building offers low-cost unlimited permits.
